Welcome to Summerbreez Australian Shepherds. We are a genuine family run small Breeding and Stud Kennel. SummerBreez is registered with the ANKC, DogsQLD and members of our local Obedience Club in Jimboomba. We are very involved in our local community and have been involved with the breed since 2007 with our first and irreplaceable Aussie, Darcy. After many years building a strong foundation and a wonderful friendship with our mentor, Chelsea & Sarah Brown of Absoluut Australian Shepherds we are thrilled to offer our stunning, quality boy Memphis with his beautiful bloodlines, at Stud (To approved Aussies) and even more ecstatic to begin our jourmey in breeding our first litter under the prefix SummerBreez in the coming 12months! Our goal is to continue to improve the quality of this amazing breed in line with the breed standard for form, beauty and function as well as produce happy, healthy Aussies for everyone from farm owners to families. We at SummerBreez align ourselves firmly with the standards and guidlines for ethical breeding under the DogsQLD and the ANKC and strive to raise puppies from DNA health tested, vet screened stock that are exceed expectations in temperament. With the syllabus we have developed for rearing well rounded, resilient and most importantly happy Australian Shepherd puppies we look forward to watching our future babies grow in lovingly selected homes soon!

All About Me
I'm a country girl born and raised with a passion for all animals. My heart however has been stolen by the Australian Shepherd and of course my beautiful equines. With a personal background in partnership and training sensitive horses to compete in EA Official Dressage up to level Medium as well as training a variety of horses with individual needs by my darling husband Brian.
I have many miles of experience training and working with some of the most outgoing or robust animals to the super sensitive. The knowledge and experience easily translated into obedience training different Aussies from sensitive George to happy-go-lucky, boisterous Memphis. I am a naturally soft handler with all animals and have certainly mastered the patience it takes to raise and train a myriad of personalities.
What drew me to Chels and Absoluut Australian Shepherds years ago at a show was the general consistent, even, happy temperaments of their Aussie's, happy, eager to learn and, as I'm educated now, well put together structurally. Besides being drawn to their dogs, I was also entranced by Chelsea and the bond they have with their dogs, sweet, kind and keen to educate all about her favourite breed. Since then we have grown a wonderful friendship and now the foundation for my very own SummerBreez Kennel with the stunning boy she bred for us Absoluut Walking In Memphis..
